Our philosophy
Brunchstronomie, or bistronomy applied to brunch
“A word we more or less invented, which you could define as the gastronomy of brunch,” Sophie Matthey, founder, on RTS La Première’s “On en parle” (June 2026).
L’Impression Café occupies the building of the former Vaudoise printing works, and the kitchen has kept the trade’s instincts: a plate is composed the way a page once was. Vegetarian and vegan dishes, gluten-free / lactose-free, halal, kosher, and every plate can be built product by product, around your tastes and intolerances.
- A menu that is 100% fait maison
- Fresh, regional, seasonal produce
- Pastries from the Boulangerie de l’Hôtel de Ville in Crissier
- Juices from the Marcelin agricultural school in Morges
